Super clean and spacious, fast internet, friendly and helpful in hosts. The host has a really great personality. Ticked the important boxes for me. The apartment is dated but wow, it's amazingly clean and spacious and it made for a comfortable stay for one week. The beach is so close, and lots of shops and restaurants outside.

The room is beautiful and I booked it. Whenever the host asks you what you need, I let them know and responded kindly. Not only the accommodation, but also the host is friendly. I had a good stay.

The place is just as description, pretty new and clean. Hieu as a host was extremely responsive, he provided all the information and also recommendations of what to do in Da Nang. I have nothing to complain about my experience. Definitely pick this again if i come back to DN.

Cara’s place is right in the heart of Da Nang, just steps away from all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and even a pharmacy. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comes with a cool projector for movie nights. Cara was also kind enough to let us check in as early as 10 AM, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite spots was the aesthetic balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the city come to life. If you’re looking for a big, affordable place to stay in Da Nang, I definitely recommend this one!

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

Truong is a wonderful, caring host. He immediately responded and addressed any questions/concerns that I had in the 2.5 months I was there. I truly felt well taken care of. The rooms and house are very clean; although they cannot always control the inconsiderate guests who mess the common areas but they do their best. There were no insects in my room. The laundry lines on the roof are enough for several people to use at the same time; washer works well. The patio is no longer a bar type area but is still a nice spot to sit in the evening. The room pretty much looked like the photo. The fan, AC and dehumidifier all worked well and quietly. Lots of hot water. There is noise from the bars, mostly on Friday and Saturday nights, but I was still able to watch TV no problem (and had silicon earplugs). Most days there was enough natural light without the lights on and when they are on the room is bright. The location is convenient to everything. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The place is quiet, clean, and nice! It was nice to have a KakaoTalk group created, so I could ask questions or call for a car. There was a problem with the room I was originally going to, so the host changed it to a place with a larger yard. It was nice to play and relax with my dog since I was with my dog. It was❤️ also nice to go for a walk since the sea was close! However, it was a bit far from nearby tourist attractions like the airport and Han Market, so the travel costs were a bit high, and there were no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so I was very satisfied with the accommodation alone, except for the inconvenience!

Amazing place at the price point. There are many restaurants just within walking distance. The receptionist is very kind. Always responsive and answer to our requests. She also cuts fresh fruits for us and offered us local snacks. The house is beautiful and is very safe and secure.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Yes, the building is older and the apartment shows some signs of this. But overall the apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our month long stay. As remote workers we loved the desk set up. The space is bright and full of light during the day. We also loved relaxing in the living room and watching TV at the end of the day. Getting to the beach is very easy and there are so many places to shop and eat nearby and also right at the ground level of the building. There are also grab bike drivers right by the building so getting around by bike is very fast and convenient. We only slept in the bedroom with the sea view and it was very comfortable. The other bedroom has a window that faces the hallway and there is light that shines from the hall all night. So my only suggestion would be a blackout curtain for that room. Otherwise this space is great for 3-4 people. I would stay here again if visiting Da Nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
