Apartment bordered by Muongtan Luxury Hotel. Just across the road right in front of My Khe Beach There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It's not as luxurious as a hotel, but The interior of the building is tidy and the facilities are good for the price. (Excluding the balcony, it is almost exactly as pictured) There is a security guard at the entrance of the building If you don't have a key, don't use the elevator. Because I can't do it, security is good. There is a washing machine in the apartment You can also do laundry (it's nice to be able to wash your bathing suit). Induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and There are cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, and tableware, so you can make and eat. (Since it's a Lunar New Year, restaurants are closing the door, so I made it in advance at Big Sea.) It's a high floor, so it looks good. The best is the host! They're quick to answer questions and help guests I'm trying. (There are a lot of hosts who look at customers, but I was honest because the host was young and didn't feel like a tourist attraction) Because I'm going on a long-term trip for 2-3 weeks in the winter I use a lot of Airbnb.. gia hung is the best host I've ever met! I liked the nice view.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

nice clean, bright apartment. spacious, nice balcony, full fridge, great sunrise views, friendly helpful host. the giant pool is just below the flat, the ocean is 5 minutes walk through the compound. one note, the place is a little isolated and the restaurant at the hotel is not very good, so stock up in Da Nang on your way down and plan to eat out (you can get to Hoi An or An Bang beach with a 10-15 taxi for great food options)

Lovely pool, modern apartment & efficient & professional host.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

This apartment was so nice and we really enjoyed spending a month there. It was just as pictured in the listing. The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants and a night market just down the street. Dung was very quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

I stayed 3 days with my dog and booked again. There was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, and I stayed without any inconvenience due to the host's prompt response. I was able to deliver it very comfortably, and I was able to buy the bottled water and food I needed at K-Mart. Good house good host ^ ^

It's one of the best properties. It's comparable to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. Breakfast is much better to go out and buy because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants are open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were not noisy or loud. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance doesn't mean anything because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. It can be the best choice, especially for travelers of 5-6 people.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

I stayed for 5 nights after arriving in Da Nang. There is a little distance from the beach, but it was nice that the nearby restaurants and massage pubs were made.

Great place, looking exactly like the photos. The team was really nice and responsive. The location was great for us as well with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
