Didn’t get to stay for this time, but the host is very responsive and super understanding. Looks just like the photos.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

Incredible house with an even better host! Would recommend 10 fold to any guest looking. It is as clean and new as the photos when we stayed and the host was incredibly helpful at answering and responding to any queries.

Séjour très agréable. La maison était spacieuse et très bien située par rapport au bord de mer et aux restaurants et boutiques. Piscine très propre et billard très sympa sur la terrasse.

Very good hose and Villa

Beautiful stay - very spacious and clean. Amenities are a great addition. Brian was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The free daily housekeeping was appreciated. Great location if you prefer to stay farther out from the city. Walking distance from the beach. Would love to return.

바다와 시장. 레스토랑. 카페. 마트 등 여행을 위한 모든 시설이 매우 가깝고 도보로 이동하기 편한곳에 위치해있습니다 너무 좁지않은골목이라 이동도 용이하고 그랩 부르고 배달시키기에도 편해요! 수영장은 한가족이 놀기에 매우 적당한 싸이즈고 물깊이도 깊고 계속 순환되어서 잘 놀았습니다 튜브랑 공도 구비되어 있어요 집은 오래되었지만 넓고 깔끔하게 정리되어있었고 여분수건도 있어서 전혀불편함이 없었습니다 다만...새벽되면 닭우는 소리 잘 들려요 (닭이 정말 우렁찹니다!) 식기류는..도자기 생각하시면 안됩니다

저희 팀은 5~6명 이였는데, 호텔 대신 홈스테이를 선택했어요. 방은 꽤 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있었어요. 특히 발코니가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 저희는 넓은 발코니에서 물건을 사서 함께 파티를 열었거든요 ㅋㅋㅋ 집은 한강과 바다 근처에 있어서 이동이 아주 편해요~~주변에 맛있는 식당과 카페도 많았고, 호스트도 매우 친절했고 👍👍👍 맛있는 식당과 관광지까지 안내해 주었어요. 덕분에 저희는 아주 즐거운여행을 지냈어요~~ 다음에 다낭에 온다면 꼭 다시 올게요~~

It’s perfect house for short-term visitors. It has various type room and bathroom. The host is honest and kind also.

I’ve rented the place for the month. Everything was as it was described. On top of that we’ve been offered weekly cleaning free of charge which was nice. Contact with the host was flawless, anything I needed was taken care of easily. I highly recommend the place if you’re wondering whether it’s worth it

일단 호스트님 연락이 잘되어서 너무 좋아요!! 사진과 똑같이 인테리어가 너무 이쁘고 코지한 느낌이라 사진을 막 찍어도 너무 이쁘게 나오더라구요 ㅎㅎㅎ 바로 근처에 버거브로스도 있고 유명 카페도 있어서 접근성이 너무 좋아요 !! 미케비치랑도 완전 가까워서 쉬러나가서 한잔하기에도 좋고 진짜 휴양지를 잘 누리고 왔어요 ㅠ!!새로 생긴 곳이라 완전 깔끔하고 공간이 넓어서 저는 친구들이랑 갔지만 가족 단위로 가기에도 너무 좋은거 같아요 !!다음에 또 뵈어요~!

步行大概五分钟就能到达海滩，周围有便利店和餐厅等，十分方便。房东很热情，回应迅速，房间和照片一样，整洁干净，我们度过了很开心的一段时光。

Мы с друзьями остались в полном восторге от жилья и хозяина. Вилла полностью соответствует фотографиям. Также, в вилле есть все необходимое. Мы были очень удивлены, что такие банальные вещи, как масло, специи, угли и прочие вещи были изначально в доме. Мы не в первый раз арендуем хорошую виллу, но такого никогда не встречали. Красивый и очень уютный ремонт. Также, хотелось бы отметить освещение, оно сделано великолепно. Местоположение хорошее, особенно, если есть байк. Также хотелось бы отдельно отметить хозяина Andy. Он оперативно решал любую проблему и подсказывал, где можно найти какие-либо вещи. Он очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный и крутой хозяин! Мы с друзьями прожили две недели и было очень печально, что отпуск закончился. Рекомендую данную виллу!

Staying at Canaan Villa with family was a great experience! House is clean, neat and spacious - as advertised. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, help us book attractions and transport at reasonable prices. Gave us the local recommendations which are away from the tourist spots, and loved them! Would recommend this listing to everyone!

This Villa was huge! As described and pictured. Staff and host were super helpful and nice. Location is close to most things in Da Nang!

Perfect stay for our family of 8! The space was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful, especially with arranging all our transportation for the tours. It made our trip so much smoother. Highly recommended for big groups or families!

독채 숙소라 사진으로 봤던것처럼 방3개, 화장실 4개, 수영장1개로 굉장히 쾌적했구요 어른4명 아이 3명 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다. 위치는 장단점이 있는데, 다낭과 호이안의 중간지점이라 다낭,호이안 따로 숙소잡지않고 왔다갔다 하기 편리했습니다. 다낭, 호이안까지 숙소에서 20-30분씩 걸려요 호스트가 진짜 친절해서 체크인날부터 바로 연락와서 카카**으로 수건교체, 청소 등등 계속 도와주고 메인풀로 이동하는것도 카**톡으로 요청하면 됩니다. 숙소 수영장도 좋아서 메인풀 안가보려햇는데 호스트님이 추천해서 가봤더니 안갔으면 후회할뻔요 ㅋㅋ 배달도 돼서 수영장에서 반미랑 커피 시켜서 호강했네요 ㅋㅋ 퇴실할때 그랩보다 싼 택시 물어봤더니 바로 구해주시고 여러모로 좋은 숙소입니다.

Brian was very responsive from the day we booked until we left. He helped on transfers, restaurants, birthday party suggestions, local attractions. The place had 10 large bedrooms with ensuite, two kitchens and pool. We felt at home and secure. We met Brian and thanked him for the wonderful holiday venue.

Best host ever. Very accommodating and kind. The place was amazing. Spacious rooms. Perfect location. Highly recommended home and host!

We went on holiday as a group of 2 young families. It was a great spot for a family holiday. Fantastic pools for the kids and space to run around and explore. We will be back!

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!
