Quite a quite apartment, ample parking and super clean

I had a lovely six day stay in room B8 at Firefinch Gardens. Deborah herself was not there, but was always contactable and responsive. Her capable staff Thomas , Ben and Leonida looked after me very well. I was even able to do some laundry, for a small fee. The plot is very peaceful and quiet, even at night. Many places around Nairobi are plagued by dogs barking at night, which is not the case here. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities. Firefinch Gardens is a ten to fifteen minute Uber or Bolt ride away from bustling Karen, with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. It is also well-located for visiting local attractions such as the Giraffe Centre and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage. Highly recommended as a value for money place to stay in Karen. Eugene was a fantastic host. When we arrived at the apartment after a long journey, there was breakfast waiting for us, which was very thoughtful. The best part was that the apartment was clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication between the host and me was very good and responsive. Whenever we had any issues for example, when the remote wasn’t working the host repaired it within 10 minutes. We were assisted promptly, and everything was resolved without any hassle. The neighbourhood is very safe, and we had no issues parking the car. The apartment is spacious, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent host who communicated with clear instructions from booking till check in . Place was clean and cozy, just as shown in pictures . Bed and sofa were comfortable . WiFi was appreciated although a bit slow. Perfect location for anyone who needs to access Ngong , Olepolos or Oloolua. Transportation is very accesible via motobikes, taxis, and public buses in the area . Area is walkable distance to many shops and eateries . Cooking utensils were sufficient for anyone who wants to cook. I’d recommend to stock sugar, creamer, tea bags and coffee to quench morning thirst . Overall would recommend the place .
