Our stay at Reena’s house was nothing short of amazing! The peaceful, clean, and safe neighborhood made it the perfect holiday spot. One of the first things we noticed was how clean and well-maintained the house was. Usually in many air b n b's you almost need to hire a cleaning crew before you check in. The kitchen had all the essential equipment needed to prepare meals, making it incredibly convenient for our big family. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Kisumu weather. The furniture is of great quality and the plush beds with hotel-standard bedding were impressive. One of the standout features was the attentive and friendly staff who came in daily to do light cleaning and touch-ups where necessary, a greatly appreciated bonus, especially with kids around. Reena’s house truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it enough. It will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Kisumu. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had to move to another accommodation because the water pump at this one was broken. However, Dorcas reacted quickly and arranged an alternative place for us. Communication with Dorcas was great and very easy – we could always reach her, and she was very responsive to our needs. We were also able to spontaneously extend our stay for two more nights. We would definitely book with Dorcas again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Wendy's place. It is within a quiet neighborhood right next to the airport. Wendy gave precise information on the location and was extremely helpful in her communication throughout my entire stay. Great ambiance and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kisumu Dala. For food orders, I would guide that one places their orders early in advance through the host for best recommendations based on your tastes and preferences. I give a 5/5 rating.
