Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Boasting a really tranquil space that we ourselves have loved spending time in, it really is a genuine home from home. With its location adjacent to the A1, the major road route through Northumberland, Dexter Cottage makes an ideal base for exploring both coast and country, and everything in between.

A beautiful 19th century cottage, finished to a high standard with a contemporary twist. Situated in a quiet northumbrian village, yards away from the best pub in Northumberland. Overlooking rolling hills that can be enjoyed from the revolving summer house and decking. This cottage offers spacious rooms, two king size beds, separate dining, fully equipped kitchen, curved smart tv, and of course a cosy log burner. Excellent base for exploring Northumberland’s treasures.
