This quirky little house is near to the Sand Creek Trail and a very short walk to Newton’s downtown amenities. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit in the privacy-fenced backyard. This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia! There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests. Due to the age of the house and the amenities offered, this listing is not suitable for children under age 10.

The Pine Street Retreat

Come stay in this cozy home located in Hesston, KS. Recently renovated, this home offers a brand new queen size bed and full size pull-out bed. The kitchen is ready to use and boasts a bar and island seating. This kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven but does have plenty of electric appliances to cover all of your cooking needs. The living room offers a smart tv with all of the streaming services and free wifi. Located right down the street from Hesston College and Schowalter Villa.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
