Monthly Rentals in Newton Ferrers

This lovely cottage is right opposite the pub and a short walk to the river which you can cross at low tide to reach Noss Mayo and two other pubs as well as the SW Coastal Path for walks It is a lovely and cosy place to stay and exactly what we needed with the nicest sheets I have ever slept in! There are two shops in the village as well as the pharmacy which is almost next door and you can get almost everything you need without leaving the village A lovely stay and we have already booked for next year!

Lovely stay in beautiful Newton Ferrers/Noss Mayo. The location is fab and in walking distance to 3 great pubs and the green deli. Clean and spacious and really comfy beds

The Garden House is lovely- peaceful surroundings, lovely accommodation and garden and well appointed. Good local recommendations for eating; The Swan and The Ship both good. Shona and Rachael both helpful and responsive.

We stayed for a weekend to attend an event in the centre of the village, right on the creek, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk and with excellent views across to the other side of the creek. Very comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you could need. Really helpful and accommodating when I realised we might need a slightly flexible check in/check out as well, which we greatly appreciated! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if returning to the area!
