Nice place. Close enough to town but far enough away

We loved our stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from historic downtown Newnan, we never ran out of things to do. The yard isn't fenced but large enough to walk the dogs around. The house is clean and the beds were super comfortable. Mana was highly responsive and accommodating. I work remote and had no trouble accessing stable internet to do so. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

Lovely and peaceful location. Mitchell and Shelley are great hosts and so accommodating. This is our second year staying here. We hope to make it a yearly tradition.

Spacious, new house on a quiet street. Easy to get in and perfect for what my big family was needing. Janice was a very responsive host who took care of us well.

The place was beautiful! Great location. The neighborhood is very nice! Downtown Newnan is walking distance with lots of great restaurants! Joanna the host was very attentive with everything. We felt very welcomed and loved our stay!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

This airbnb was clean and had just what we needed , everything was in the same condition as seen on the display photos , Danielle was very attentive. we would most definitely come back !

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

Lovely, quiet, private place, yet right in the middle of beautiful Selbourne hamlet and so close to anything you might want to do in Serenbe. Dorothy and Florian were friendly and helpful. They even helped us jump our car when it was time to leave!

LaDawn and Brandon were excellent hosts! Their Airbnb was just what we needed to visit family in the area for the holiday weekend. It was completely private, super clean, and well decorated. LaDawn stayed in touch and provided everything we needed for a smooth check in/out process. Seeing the mini horse, donkey, and chickens in the mornings was a great pick me up. We were even greeted by the cutest kitty on our way back in one evening! 10/10 would stay here again

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!
