Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

This home is located nearest to the confluence and so many hiking trails, biking trails, and outdoor spots so unique to the Gold Country.
