Parking right outside, lawn use outside with great views over open fields. Five minutes from Newbury town centre and station, also Thatcham, easy access to M4 motorway and A34 main roads. Footpaths on your doorstep.

Wedding Guest Getaway
A calm, serene spot ideal for a quiet weekend away. Ideally located for a number of local wedding venues including Wasing Estate, The Old Mill, The Old Rectory, Ufton Court and Silchester Farm. And if you're not in the area for a wedding it's an ideal spot if you're passing through or here for work.
