The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

I booked this home on a whim the night my girlfriend proposed to me because it seemed so fun and different, and we do not regret it one bit!! This home has the coolest decor , everywhere you turn there is something new- and yet, the house does not feel cluttered, just cozy and rather comfortable! This home is an art piece in and of itself! The hot tub was clean and relaxing, the whole home was extremely clean and we had everything we needed for the night! The host, Gabriel, is extremely kind and very fast with his greeting and replies! When I was straightening up in the morning, I actually bumped into and broke a 3-D printed piece of art- I felt horrible and left a note for him, but he did not mind one bit and reassured me , which I really do appreciate as accidents happen!!! I don’t usually rebook, but he was extremely inviting and made me look forward to staying in his other 3 homes! I can’t wait to see what else he has come up with. 5 starts ALL AROUND

Sandra’s place was perfect for us. Not only was the house beautiful and extremely clean, it had everything we could possibly want. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Everyone who stayed said they had the best sleep they have had in a long time. I was blown away by the attention to detail in this house. My husband and I travel a lot and this is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in and Sandra was the best host. She was proactive before we got there and super responsive during our stay. I wish I could give more than five stars! Will definitely be staying again when we return to the area. Thank you for everything, Sandra!

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The house was comfortable, spacious, and as described. The pool and hot tub were clean. We also loved that there was beach gear to utilize! We would definitely stay here again!

we had a great stay, the pool was great, and we even got see some sting rays and manatees. The location was very convenient to the airport as well as downtown and the beach.

The place was wonderful. it was very comfy. Big kitchen with lots of pans to cook in. big fridge and huge TV in all the rooms. AC is on point and works great. The yard, the water, the atmosfere is pretty awesome. Loved it

The cottage was very nice and comfy, everything was clean and organized. Katie was very communicative and the instructions to get in were easy to understand. The cottage is on the backside of the main house and shares the backyard area. It was very peaceful and a great getaway for my husband and I!

Beautiful airbnb, my boyfriend & I enjoyed the Kayak’s, campfire & bbq. It was an amazing weekend getaway with everything we needed. The air bnb is stocked with everything you could need to cook there seamlessly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aripeka Shack. It was very peaceful and had no issues with anything during our stay. We really liked the early check-in and late check-out times, having use of the kayaks and other amenities like the jacuzzi and grill made the stay very nice. Would recommend this as the perfect spot for any family or couple who enjoys nature, fishing and kayaking. During the high tide, my husband spotted snook, barracuda and sheep head right from the dock. Lots more fishing if you kayak out to the flats at the opening of the canal. My family and I stayed here for a week and we enjoyed it. The tiki hut in the backyard had a fridge that kept our drinks cold and gave us a fun hang out spot. We could kayak or fish. The birds that came to visit were magnificent! Very friendly and it was obvious, they live there. Our favorite part of the trip was visiting nearby at Crystal River. I would suggest going there at least once during your stay. The manatees are precious and everyone was very nice. I rated this place 5 stars because it was clean, had plenty of amenities, and the beds were decently comfortable. Neighbors weren’t nosey. It was a very laid back, chill area. Where we just hung out, grilled, and enjoyed each others company. Super fun!

This is a delightful little house in a quiet neighborhood and felt secluded. The house was just as described, cozy with all the amenities we needed for our 5 day visit. Her house was extremely clean with comfortable beds and a strong wifi connection! Check-in and check-out were super easy. Maram was a fantastic host and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I would definitely not hesitate to book her place!

what a fantastic property in a quiet neighbourhood - it was spacious, super clean and had a fantastic outside space. the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch & dinner. lots of floats etc for the pool. we were lucky to see dolphins on 3 occasions and a manatee once, all from the floating dock. we didn't explore the area too much as it was the end of a 4 week trip so we spent all day in the pool. good communication from Ernest and we would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner provided a good array of items for use to make the stay comfortable. I personally really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch most mornings. We spent our days going to nearby attractions and visiting family, and felt welcomed returning to this cozy home.

I had family in from up north and I of course wanted to be the coolest aunt, so I rented Rhonda’s place. It was absolutely perfect. It offered so much beauty just being able to paddle on the springs to see manatees and other wildlife. If you want a quaint perfect spot on the river I would highly recommend Rhonda’s place.

This is a very lovely place in the perfect location!! A truly great place to stay!! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Tarpon Springs!!

Lyndsays Seaside Gem is more than we expected, amenities everything we needed and more, view of the bay , beautifully decorated , comfortable , close to everything restaurants and activities. Lyndsay was easy and friendly to communicate with , we are super excited to come back next year.

Our check in was great. 😊We had a great time and felt right at home. The location is great, close to downtown, the ocean, shopping and restaurants. The house has 3 clean rooms equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is amazing, it had everything you need to cook and more. I felt right at home. We loved the backyard, the hot tub, pool and dining area with grill are just amazing. We used all the amenities of this cozy house every day. My dogs loved running around the backyard, it is completely fenced. Doreen was very kind and understanding. Thank you for your cozy sweet home, it was a valuable experience for us. We will definitely be back again. And I wholeheartedly recommend this house to others guests.🥹
