Also a living room / kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, & tv. It has a convertible sofa chair / bed which can be used for a 5th guest. All bedding, towels & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries come as standard. There’s free WiFi throughout & parking outside.

Crovie sits at the bottom of a cliff on the Moray Firth coast, and is one of the best preserved fishing villages in Scotland. No.30 sits midway along the village overlooking the pier and the sea. Comfortable living room with box bed for lazy reading, open fire for cozy evenings and extendable dining table for meals overlooking the sea. The well equipped kitchen also has a breakfast table. Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Bell View Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

It is a luxurious Eco Pod crafted in the style of an upturned boat made from Larch Wood. It has underfloor heating, , a wetroom, smart tv, wifi, surround sound, wireless phone charger and iPhone docking station, kitchenette and contains the finest in bedding and appliances.

We are located in the peaceful countryside, 5 minutes from Cruden Bay village and its beach & renowned golf course, 10 minutes from Peterhead, 15 minutes from Ellon and 40 minutes from Aberdeen.
