Mansion vacation rentals in New Orleans

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Hibou Blanc - Historic Bakery. The Marigny Triangle Neighborhood was perfect. Near venues for the wedding festivities we were attending, walkable to restaurants, the French Quarter, and a grocery store. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room for 8 people. We appreciated the attention to detail ... bath towels were soft and luxurious. The kitchen table with bench seating and chairs was a favorite place to gathering for meals and a game of cards. We highly recommend staying at the Le Hibou Blanc - Historic Bakery.

Kent's place was fabulous and just what we needed. We were on a multi-generational trip with ages ranging from 9 months to 90 years. Everyone had plenty of space. The location was spectacular. Many amazing jazz venues steps from the house made it easy to get out and listen to amazing music and quickly get back if needed. We were able to walk to the French Market, to Washington Park, and to pretty much anywhere in the French Quarter. I loved the architecture inside the house. The only downfall-and this did not impact my rating because it is out of Kent's control-is the nightclub across the street. I had read the reviews and brought earplugs but it was still difficult to sleep at night in the main upstairs bedroom that faces the club. Granted, I am a light sleeper in general but it was as if the club was in the room with us because of the heavy bass. The rest of our party slept ok in the other bedrooms. Hopefully the nightclub will close down as it was pretty much empty every night.

Really enjoyed the space. Had plenty of room for the 9 of us to stay comfortably and not feel crowded. Everything was clean, beautiful inside and in the outdoor space. Felt welcomed and comfortable right away. Tim was a great host. Would stay again!

Excellent place for big group or family. Plenty of room. Anita brew house just down the street offers a nice place to relax with food trucks.

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

My eight family members and I had a great stay. The house is spacious and beautiful, as is the neighborhood. It’s very close to everything! The listing did say there was a baby grand piano which we were looking forward to, but it ended up not being there, it was out for repair. The host allowed us an early check in and was very responsive. We would definitely return!

Jeff’s place was just what we needed for our stay in New Orleans. The home is beautiful and was very clean. Our 2 tiny yorkies even felt right at home. Just be careful of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, especially if you’re tall, the ceiling has a slant on the sides and if you’re not careful a light bump to the head will occur. It’s in a very beautiful peaceful spot right on the River. We drove in and there were many available street parking near the home. However, if you know New Orleans there are parking opportunities in different places you want to visit. Lyft and Uber were always available. It’s also just a short walk to the ferry, which will place you right on Canal. I will definitely want to stay here again on my next visit. Our overall stay was fantastic.

The space is the first floor of a house. It's quite large, with excellent beds and bedrooms, a nice family area, a good kitchen with laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning the game console, which we used quite a lot. All of the bedrooms have en-suite baths.

It’s a great place to stay with a place to keep your boat on a lift. Well worth the money for the amenities, and a very friendly host.

The house is beautiful and well maintained with a great layout for larger groups and families. We loved our stay. The location is also fairly convenient in terms of being close to everything without being right in the middle of it.

Place was amazing only thing I wish there were cleaning supply broom no dust pan. No mop. But other than that it’s an amazing place. Literally 5-10 minutes from everything you want to do. Every room gets there own bathroom. Street is quiet.

Carrie’s beautiful home was absolutely perfect for my family! It was clean from top to bottom! The southern charm and detail to everything in house was amazing! Carrie’s house was one of the best stays we have had! Definitely would stay again!

The house was beautiful my family enjoyed our time there. When we had a question Richie response time was excellent. Will stay again if in that area.

We just had the most wonderful stay for a girls weekend! The house was as pictured and was really well stocked. The beds were super comfy and the linens and towels were of great quality! A rare find! You can tell the thought and care that went into setting up the house. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Overall, we had a great experience here. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. The place was clean and well stocked. It’s very close to many of the areas we needed to get to, and it felt safe & secure.

We had a great time, the place was super cute and host was super communicative. There were a couple things wrong with the backyard but it was also pretty rough weather the night before we got there so no worries for real! Super responsive and communicative tho. If staying with a large group definitely worth the price!

You are a fool if you don't book this place!!!!!!! Came here for a bachelor party, the space could not be more sumptuous or accommodating. It's so luxurious and yet intimate! Perfect for gathering by the pool at all hours, and any individual can sleep as late as they need with insanely comfortable beds, so many bathrooms, beautiful furnishings, curtains to keep out that noon sun when you had a wild night. The location is as perfect as it gets. Easy walk to everything, yet so secluded and peaceful. Hosts are insanely responsive and helpful. One of our guests was arriving early, Tyler showed up to let her in. Another of our guests had a late flight on the day we left—once again, he was allowed to relax until he had to go. When we ran out of TP, he even came by to drop some off! THe house has so much personality, you really feel like you are in New Orleans. GET THIS PLACE!

Cannot recommend this home enough for your New Orleans stay! The house is beautiful and spacious enough to fit 10 comfortably. Zach, the concierge, was incredibly communicative and friendly. Also, very walkable to great restaurants!

5 Stars – Fantastic Stay at The Augustin! I had an amazing stay at The Augustin! The location is perfect—right in the heart of New Orleans, with easy access to all the best attractions, restaurants, and bars. The space itself was spotless and incredibly clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was also very welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do around the city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in New Orleans! Highly recommend!

A group of my friends and I stay at Var’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the back deck was very comfortable. We were a quick 10 minute uber ride to the French Quarter which was very practical. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Airbnb in Nola!
