Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Mexico

The house is charming, with beautiful decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, it was a bit warm at night for us, even with the windows open. The coffee provided was fantastic, and Kris was quick to respond to any questions. The location is excellent—just 5 minutes from white water rafting and about 45 minutes from some of the best hot air ballooning in the U.S. As avid runners, we found there weren’t any nearby jogging routes, but there are plenty of short hikes to enjoy instead.

Everything was stellar except that from the listing - there was nothing that indicated this was a multi-family housing unit. I likely would not have booked had I known. That said it was impeccably clean and an amazing location. All amenities were great and rules were very reasonable and clear. As hosts, Jenny and Brian should be commended for offering such. Wonderful place - I just wish I had know it wasn’t as secluded as I thought.

Great place with a pool(a necessity in the hot season!) in heart of Las Cruces. Great home base to hang out in and rest from going out and exploring.

It was just beautiful. Spectacular views out of every window. Simple, classic, well appointed decor. Gourmet kitchen—I wish I’d planned to cook more. I didn’t think the hot tub would get used much but it was so private—the night skies were awesome from the deck and the tub. This was better than many high end hotels.

Magical. That’s the best way to describe Anna’s home! From pulling in to the beautiful dessert landscaped yard, to walking through the door and seeing all the beautiful furnishings and colorful decor to the softest plushiest bed and outside the back patio is just like a southwestern peaceful valley kind of vibe. The pool was absolutely amazing and clean-the pictures don’t do it justice. Floating around under the stars was just amazing! We also had several visitors-roadrunners, bunnies and birds. Neat little neighborhood. Quiet and full of families. The house is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Love in every square foot! Close to everything. Great kitchen too!

Just as described. Beautiful corner lot with a view of the mountains from the backyard. Will stay here again.

Star Dance is a very special, magical place with an abundance of wildlife, beauty and a sacred atmosphere. I was lucky to have a few nights when I was the only guest staying on the property, which felt like I had my own private retreat. The casita does share a wall with a second casita, so there is a difference when both are occupied. That said, for the price point it was amazing. Moon casita where I was is the best!

Great location 2 minute walk to coffee, 2 minute walk to a particularly popular and quintessential museum, 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars...yet removed enough to be quiet. Host was helpful when we needed 2 different things delivered (long story).

I loved this place. Very quiet but also right in town and within walking distance of the local restaurants/shops. Very clean and the AC stayed quite cool in the New Mexico heat. A true gem.

A Santa Fe southwest dream! Beautiful, very comfortable set of suites. The Atami was snazzy & cozy, & the Sencha was bright & homey. Very clean, contemporary, colorful, & extremely comfortable. An excellent value! The beds were plush & dreamy & the showers were very nice. Especially the hair products!

This peaceful and very comfortable apartment is one of the best we've frequented. The space is efficient yet cosy, there are many thoughtful design and practical features, and the location is ideal. We enjoyed coffee on the sunny patio in the morning, and there was a gentle cooling breeze in the evening. Mary Anne is an excellent host, friendly and helpful - her guest book is a great reference. We liked to linger there, but all the Santa Fe attractions called to us. Returning there in the evening was a pleasure. We hope to return in future.

There are not enough words or a high enough rating system to describe my experience with Michael and the place he provided for my stay!!!! It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from the communication, the friendliness, professionalism, recommendations, accommodations, scenic views, and just the awesomeness of my time there! I will gladly book this place and this place alone anytime I make it out to this part of New Mexico!! Wonderful town and wonderful place! Thanks so much again for everything! Great place close to the hot springs and lake. Loved the beautiful patio with the lights in the evening. We always bring our dogs, and the patio was perfect for them to sniff around. The welcome letter and banana bread were a lovely touch, and the banana bread was delicious :) We will be back.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs. Made for a very comfortable and peaceful place. After 3pm, the area becomes even more quiet. It literally has everything you could need. Beats a hotel any day of the week!

Just perfect for a quick visit. Great location and ample space for two people. Overall, it was very well remodeled and decor was unique. Lovely bathroom and amazing historic rock structure. Was very hot as expected, and the air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Cozy and close to the Plaza We spent a wonderful week in this Taos Airbnb! The location and price couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Plaza, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The space was comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Perfect for exploring all that Taos has to offer. Highly recommend!
