Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. 3 bedroom home in cute residential area close to the airport, University of New Mexico, restaurants and hospitals. We are 1 block from a beautiful park and a few steps from a bus that connects to all transportation hubs. Enjoy 3 bedrooms with accommodation for 8, and 2 updated bathrooms. The house has a covered poolside patio with BBQ and a hot tub on the deck overlooking the garden. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Our circular driveway parks up to 3 cars.
