The Old Sir Walter Tyrrell House is a 4 bedroom detached property situated in the beautiful countryside of The New Forest National Park. Sensitively and sustainably saved from dereliction, it is now a luxurious place for friends and family to relax. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.
