Cabin in the Forest

A charming solid oak framed cabin, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Stables NewForest selfcontained with breakfast

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of ÂŁ15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden.
