Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

TINY studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

This town is divine and very fun~ restaurants, galleries, Journeyman Distillery, Antiquing & Warren Dunes (epic hiking, dog-beaching-as private or social as you like). My artsy, sunny and cozy home welcomes you! We back up to 3 + acres of private woods, a fresh spring fed brook and seconds from some of the best biking roads in the midwest! My place is VERY private yet 10 minutes to 3 Oaks for an evening of fun, live music & shows @ The Acorn! .

Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
