La Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the hills of Évian, with a fenced-in south-facing terrace and small garden. Option to park a motorcycle on the terrace. This lovely, unique house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, an open-plan space with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.
