Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 minutes downhill on foot, to Lake Kampl with refreshments 10 minutes. free parking in front of the house. I also rent a room with bathroom and private access on the first floor, which can be combined with it. Prices INCLUDE local tax €4.80 per night per person.

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. Great accommodation, is spacious and clean and from here everything in the stubaital is easy to reach and also innsbruck is not far away. Were received very kindly and given personal explanations about the accommodation. Questions were answered quickly. We have stayed here with great pleasure and definitely want to come back.

Perfect apartment for a ski vacation! We had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment is very spacious, modern and equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen utensils to basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. With three bedrooms, it was perfect for the six of us. The location is ideal, especially for skiers: The ski bus stops right outside the door, so you can easily get to the ski resort. There is also enough space to accommodate everything neatly. The apartment is not only large, but also very nicely furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. Another highlight was the uncomplicated and warm contact with Magdalena. It was accessible throughout and super friendly. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Very nice apartment (apt 8) comfortable and spacious (Queen bed, and comfortable sofa bed in the living room). Beautiful view of the mountain. A great place, recently renovated and well-equipped. Warm welcome on site. A quality service, which I recommend. Only regret: no washing machine (or hanging racks) in the accommodation (but possible to use a washing machine in the building on request).

We had a great stay at Helga‘s apartment. It was clean, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the garden is perfect to chill after a hiking tour. Our highlight was the Stubai Super Card which is included in the booking.
