Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful Franconian wine paradise and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10).
