Modern oil heating, hot water through solar systems. Wi-Fi. In the bedroom facing east, you can see the sunrise on the horizon. From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.
