The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Unser Naturgarten wird nach biologischen Grundsätzen bewirtschaftet. Wir können unseren Gästen Eier von freilaufenden Hühnern, saisonales Obst und Gemüse und Wein aus eigenem Anbau anbieten.

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

We have extended our spacious roof terrace with a small guest accommodation and completely refurnished it - great lake view!! The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Very central & within walking distance to the main square, the local infrastructure is easily accessible.
