The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. Beautiful apartment close to the city center with parking.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.

Das Haus wurde 1995 gebaut und wurde in 2021 komplett renoviert. Es entstand neben den beiden Ferienapartments noch weiter 4 Eigentumswohnungen. Die Apartments wurden im Juli 2021 fertiggestellt. Die Apartments haben ca. 35 qm mit Schlafmöglichkeit für max. 4 Personen (1x Bett 180cm, 1x Bett 140 cm), sind Top ausgestattet mit modernem Küchenblock mit Mikrowelle, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Ceranfeld. Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

PARKING ON REQUEST The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. For groups of 1-2 people, only the bed is prepared by default. Please let us know if you want both to be prepared.

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
