The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.

The house was built in 1995 and was completely renovated in 2021. In addition to the two vacation apartments, 4 more condominiums were built. The apartments were completed in July 2021. The apartments are about 35 square meters with sleeping space for a maximum of 4 people (1x bed 180 cm, 1x bed 140 cm), are top equipped with modern kitchen block with microwave, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob. Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

PARKING ON REQUEST The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. For groups of 1-2 people, only the bed is prepared by default. Please let us know if you want both to be prepared.
