The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. The boat is included in the nightly price.

The air-conditioned apartment features a combined living-bedroom with box-spring double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, a dining area, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi and a hot tub on the terrace.

It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
