About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for?

The studio is ideal for 2 people, but a high-quality sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m) also offers space for up to 4 guests.
