Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Holiday home Bavarian Forest - feel-good oasis in the countryside

At the foot of Dreisessel Mountain in the southern Bavarian Forest lies the historic farmhouse “Lindensalettl,” built in 1804. Renovated in 2023, it now offers a charming holiday home in the Bavarian Forest for couples, families. With a terrace and a private garden for your exclusive use, the house provides space for peace and relaxation in a quiet natural setting. Hiking trails around Dreisessel and the Hochficht ski resort begin right outside the door. A true break from everyday life.

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Kovárna Apartment

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, so it has direct access to the garden. The dominant feature of Kovárna is its original brick vaults and hearth, which give the rooms a unique look. Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room make Kovárna the perfect apartment for a large family or a group of friends. Six guests can sleep comfortably here. Maximum capacity up to eight guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Chalupa Hubertus

Rodinná rekreační chalupa nacházející se 10 km od Českého Krumlova. Chalupa je vhodná pro sportovce - cyklistika, turistika, vodáctví, pro rodiny s dětmi, i pro ty, kteří hledají klidnou dovolenou v jižních Čechách. V roce 2015 proběhla kompletní rekonstrukce, dům je plně vybaven zcela novým nábytkem. Pohodlně ubytuje 8 dospělých osob, v případě malých dětí je možné kapacitu i navýšit. Po dohodě je možná komentovaná prohlídka obory, která se nachází v těsné blízkosti chalupy.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
