Well equipped and comfortable, good for a couple or two friends (pull out sofa as second bed), a short bus ride from the old town. Would stay again!

A very nice old house with great decor. It's beautiful. Rike is very friendly and spoke to us in impeccable French. It was very nice and surprising. The house is very clean. The village is very quiet and everything you need is available in the village next door. I highly recommend this beautiful meeting.

Everything was perfect. Andreas is really nice and friendly. The appartment was awesome. Very well equipped and even prepared for our less than 1 year old baby which was amazing. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Me and my wife (and baby..:-) can only recommend Andreas's appartment.

Beautiful and clean place. Helpful and communicative host. Only negative we had is the fact that washer and dryer was not inside the apartment(as expected based on description) but in hosts home. It felt uncomfortable to go into someone else's living space to do our laundry.

Marion's apartment is furnished with total love and attention to detail. Everything was super clean, nothing was missing! We especially liked the many toys and diverse cozy seating options! Marion was always available and totally friendly! And she has a wonderful studio with so many beautiful things! All in all a wonderful stay to unwind! Thank you, Marion!

I was very comfortable, on arrival I had a technical problem with the kitchen and Dimitri solved it instantly, he is very friendly. Check in is easy, and put the keys in the box on the pull out, it's good because if you forget something you can come back without problems. In addition, the cleaning lady lives next door and spoke my language (Spanish) which made things easier for me when I had that problem. It is a small department but for a few days it is highly recommended. I would come back

This house is absolutely as you hope it will be when you see the photos. My wife and 2 year old daughter were very content to spend days on the property, gazing at the river, listening to the birds, and playing in the garden. This is a beautiful house with good natural light, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. I must call attention to the radiant heating system, which is more comfortable than anything I have experienced. A relaxing escape we hope to return to in the future.

I have visited Kristina's apartment a second time and this time I was more than satisfied. Everything was very clean and tidy. Apartment is located on a busy street. This did not bother me.

We had a really great time in the house – it had everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest – ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and likeable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely inhabited such a well furnished AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger, especially in summer, or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

We were in the witch's cottage over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden to play, explore and be creative. A ping-pong table and a foosball table provided additional fun for all ages. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

Highly recommended! Very nice and quiet, nearby there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery. You can walk super, great surroundings! Nearby is Munich, Ingolstadt and more :) it's worth it! The hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean and in the kitchen everything you need is available. I'd love to come back :)

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

We needed a place to stay for the Regensburg Marathon and this was perfect. The location, the flat and Regensburg were amazing.

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.

We had a great holiday week at Stefanie's! The check-in was super easy, the apartment is just great for a family of four and there is just a lot of things to do nearby for children - Playmobil Funpark, climbing forest, Nuremberg old town, etc. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Only in the upper bedroom do you notice the street in front of the door clearly when you open the windows. But the downstairs bedroom is turned away and therefore quiet. We found the beds themselves to be very comfortable and otherwise we lacked nothing during the week. The chickens and the family dog were a big highlight for the kids. :)

Leona and Wolfgang were very welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was fast and friendly and I am honored to have spent a few nights here at their “Exklusive flat in Buckenhof.” It was fully stocked with ones provisions and Leona’s extra special touch made it more inviting. Our stay in Nuremberg was very nice. The apartment is super centrally located, also the contact with Victor was problem-free, so we felt well taken care of.
