The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 square meters of park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is a living room, the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi. In addition, there is a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby running grill.

Finca Berlin is located in a quiet and relaxed area right on Lake Spekte. For the hot days of the year you can swim a round from the small beach. The Falkenhagener See lake, 5 km away, also invites you to take a pedal boat ride. For families, Karls Erdbeerhof, which is about 15 minutes away, is always worth a trip. The bus line 137 runs right outside our front door to the train station Rathaus Spandau. From here, the train leaves in 15 minutes to the center of Berlin.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Berlin but is nevertheless close to the center. You will love my accommodation because of your cozy room in a nice town house. You not only have a cozy bed here, but a wonderful garden, where you can linger in the summer, a pool and a cappuccino every morning. I myself live also with my dog (Golden Retriever) in the house . My accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families and furry friends.

The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 or S8) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a large room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and you can, after enjoying the hectic city life, relax in my garden.Two bicycles are after reservation at your disposal

Our house is located on the outskirts of Berlin in Kleinmachnow. The location in southwest Berlin offers the possibility to drive very quickly both towards Potsdam and to Berlin. If you are traveling by public transport, you can get to Zehlendorf in 10 minutes by bus line 623 and from there you have the opportunity to continue to Potsdam, Wannsee or Berlin.
