It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

Integrated in Berlin's neighborhood life, our former photo studio/gallery is a small cozy studio apartment at eye level with the Neukölln cultural environment. The apartment is very quiet and closed despite its central location, so you can pause from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm sleeping area), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini kitchen (two hotplates, small fridge, kettle, pots, etc.), a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

Our duplex apartment is located in a very central location in the heart of Neukölln, one of the most exciting areas of Berlin full of cafes, bars and excellent restaurants. With 105 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples, friends or even home office (very fast Internet connection 200 Mbps) and was furnished and decorated with a lot of love. For rainy days, we have a cozy TV area with Netflix & Disney+ for you.
