A super luxury apartment in the coolest location.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

The flat is located centrally in the heart of Neukölln. The lively streets Weserstraße and Herrmannstraße and the cozy Schillerkiez are just nearby, as is the Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide, two nice parks. Its also close to Kottbuser Tor and Kreuzberg.U-Bahn Leinestraße and the Ringbahn are also next door, so its easy to get around in all Berlin.Still,while located between all this buzzling streets, the flat itself is really calm with a huge tree in the backyard.

Lemon tree room w/ private bathr

This is our beloved lemon tree room with more than 400 reviews, but with private bathroom and none else in the apartment, because we will be traveling. It’s a clean, cozy and spacious room (23m2) with a king size bed, fridge and fan in a typical Berliner Altbau, next to the East Side Gallery and between Berlin’s trendiest hoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and F-hain, but in a quiet area. The bathroom is in front of the room. There is no kitchen.

Lakeside house with playground, fireplace & hot tub

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
