Finca Berlin is located in a quiet and relaxed area right on Lake Spekte. For the hot days of the year you can swim a round from the small beach. The Falkenhagener See lake, 5 km away, also invites you to take a pedal boat ride. For families, Karls Erdbeerhof, which is about 15 minutes away, is always worth a trip. The bus line 137 runs right outside our front door to the train station Rathaus Spandau. From here, the train leaves in 15 minutes to the center of Berlin.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Berlin but is nevertheless close to the center. You will love my accommodation because of your cozy room in a nice town house. You not only have a cozy bed here, but a wonderful garden, where you can linger in the summer, a pool and a cappuccino every morning. I myself live also with my dog (Golden Retriever) in the house . My accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families and furry friends.

Unser Schwedenholzhaus ist das Richtige für dich, wenn du Ruhe und Natur und großzügiges Wohnen in Stadtnähe suchst. Die S-Bahn (Linie 8 Mühlenbeck-Mönchmühle) ist in 15 Geh- und 5 Fahrradminuten erreichbar und bringt dich in 20 Minuten in den Prenzlauer Berg, mit einmal Umsteigen in 30 Minuten nach Berlin Mitte. Ich vermiete zwei Zimmer (siehe Fotos "Bambo-Room" & "Smaragd-Room"), die jeweils 16qm groß sind.

My 260 sqm dream house was furnished with a lot of love for detail. Cool design combined with a great feel-good atmosphere. You'll love the time here: because of the green location, the kitchen space, the coziness by the fireplace, the high ceilings and brightness, and the dreamy garden. The house is good for couples, families (with kids) or even larger groups up to 8 people.

Room in the countryside

Our house is located on the outskirts of Berlin in Kleinmachnow. The location in southwest Berlin offers the possibility to drive very quickly both towards Potsdam and to Berlin. If you are traveling by public transport, you can get to Zehlendorf in 10 minutes by bus line 623 and from there you have the opportunity to continue to Potsdam, Wannsee or Berlin.

The room is located in the basement of a charming Gründerzeit villa, is well connected and close to restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. Our villa is located in the south of Berlin - ideally located to discover Berlin and Potsdam, while also offering the opportunity to escape the city noise, rest in the garden or relax by the Schlachtensee.
