What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Clean accommodation and super well located for the constraints of the stay we had. It overlooks a garden so the nights are peaceful. The roller shutters allow you to sleep in total darkness. We thank Charlotte for helping us find a plan B when Airbnb postponed our arrival by 24 hours due to work on the boiler. Only downside: it was quite hot in the apartment and we did not understand how to adjust the heating. A property that we will keep for a future stay in Neuilly. :)

Beautiful Parisian home and both Damien and Capucine are very responsive and great hosts. It's abit far from central Paris (unable to walk with young kids) but very accessible with public transport. My kids love the room and the home is a child friendly place. I would definitely recommend it for people with young kids. I will definitely stay again if I'm back.

Perfect stay for a family of 4 in this peaceful and clean apartment, very conveniently located close to a small supermarket, line 1, and in a safe neighborhood. Recommended.

Beautiful location and home, easy to get to, just a bit farther from central Paris but the neighborhood is very safe.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We loved it and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A little tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Florence was exceedingly helpful and the apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Very nice, well-renovated apartment. Very pleasant and very quiet neighborhood but with easy access to metro line 1 to get to Paris

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Laurence was a wonderful host. She was flexible with our check in time, was always nearby for questions or assistance and was very warm and friendly. The apartment is in a prime location, perfect spot to pop out and start your day, with many great restaurants, bakery, gelato, and shopping right outside the door. Even with the central location, the home was quiet and peaceful. The place has a very “lived in” feel, with many personal items spread throughout, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the space.

Highly recommended host. Apartment is in perfect localization for reaching all Paris attractions.
