Dies zeigt sich auch in der natürlichen und nachhaltigen Bewirtschaftung des Gutes. Frisches Gemüse, Kräuter, Eier und Obst werden in den umliegenden Gärten kultiviert.

Die Mozartstadt Salzburg liegt nur 25 km entfernt und kann bequem (nur 12 Gehminuten zur Bahnstation mit P&R-Parkplatz) mit der Lokalbahn erreicht werden. Auch Burghausen (Längste Burg der Welt) ist nur 23Km entfernt. Nach Hallstatt sind es ca. 108Km.

Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
