Wir bieten hier unsere komplett neu renovierte, stylische Münchner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (56 qm) als Unterkunft an. Sie befindet sich in Bogenhausen, ca. 2km vom Zentrum. Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Von hier aus erreichen Sie das Münchner Stadtzentrum zum Sightseeing, Ausstellungen, sowie das Oktoberfest bequem mit S-Bahn, Zug oder PKW in ca. 30 Min. Die Messestadt Riem (Konzerte u. Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen wir die größte Thermenwelt Europas in Erding, Freizeitpark Poing sowie die Erkundung vieler Badeseen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet mit einer Größe von etwa 60 qm Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und ist über die Außentreppe erreichbar. Über den nach Westen ausgerichteten Wohnraum geht es direkt auf den eigenen, geschützten Freisitz mit Blick in die Natur. Die Küche wie auch die übrige Einrichtung wurde von einem ortsansässigen Schreiner mit regionalem Holz gefertigt. Details, Stoffe und Farben wurden liebevoll zum Wohlfühlen ausgewählt

Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

The apartment is remarkably roomy for four. 4 subway stops to downtown (9-10 min.). In walking distance to the Oktoberfest. One primary bedroom and two sleeping coaches in the spacious living room for larger parties to explore the city. Spacious kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower. The small walking-in closet in the hallway is not to be entered. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A small balcony will allow you to smoke.
