Sunny Apartment w/sundeck in Munich

I offer a 3,5 room apartment in a quiet, small Apartmenthouse (approx. 75 to sqm ) for the day or week-wise overnight stay. The suite is completely new (including the bathroom) and with new laminate or tile floor, newly furnished and the kitchen has dishwasher, Microwave, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, cool-freezing combi. A washingmachine is also in the Apartment (renewed in 2019). Electrical shades on some of the windows ( the others are manual) . All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. TV, DVD and Stereo in the living room, TV in Bedroom 1. W-Lan is provided and free. The Apartment is located on the 2. floor to the S/W to the quiet, big garden with a huge sundeck. The bed in bedroom 1 has 180 cm x 200 cm (kingsize), the bed in bedroom 2 has 140 cm x 200 cm (Queensize) and the sleeping couch (living room) 150 cm x 200 cm. 6 persons fits comfortably in this Apartment, additional beds for another 1-2 persons are possible. There are a few international (Italian, Chines, Indian, etc.) and traditional bavarian restaurants (with beergarden) close by. There is a public indoor and outdoor swimmingpool with Sauna just across the street (walking less than 5 minutes). A few Supermarkets are in walkingdistance and a shoppingmall is only 10 minutes by subway away. U 5 to "the new fair" (Messe) can be reached like the tramway line N19 within approx. 5 -6 minutes by foot. Running-time to the citycenter (Odeonsplatz) approx. 10 minutes, Theresienhöhe approx. 12 minutes, new fair approx. 10 minutes Non-smokers preferred! Parking lots are available in front of the house. Communication in English, French, Italian, Spanish.

It is an 80 m² attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in closet, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (toilet/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if necessary. Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Paradise in Green Free Street Parking

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Typical family house in Taufkirchen near Munich with large garden. The house has a total of about 166 square meters of living space and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. An extra bed 1.40 x 2.00 is possible plus a sofa bed. Special highlights would be the enclosed garden with spacious terrace and the tiled stove. Amenities include garden furniture and a grill. Perfect for guests arriving by car. The driveway is lockable and it could accommodate approx. 5 cars can park there.

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
