In the single room, a sitting area with a table for up to 5 people invites you to eat together and spend time together. The balcony offers additional relaxation. A modern bathroom and the central location with short distances to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation ensure an all-around pleasant stay. Note: There is construction next door, but the apartment is still mostly quiet.

Fantastic apartment with 66 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
