Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

A small, romantic apartment in a historic house over 260 years old at the foot of the Untersberg. The central hallway connects the living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a small study with a pull-out sofa bed. The living room leads to the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. A fireplace in the living room ensures cozy evenings. A small front garden with dining set invites you to relax.
