Salzburg Süd ist ca. 9km von der Unterkunft entfernt. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im Garten zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist von der Hauptstraße die erste Einfahrt neben dem Glaneckerweg. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Aus der Wohnung hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

I do not even know where to start.Gratitude and excitement fill my heart.Felix is a perfect host, he made this rental with love and understanding of travelers needs.Actually, it is the best place I ever stayed during my travel.Everything done with great taste and thought about guests.Bed and living room couch are just so comfortable , you feel like sleeping on the cloud.Very clean and esthetically decorated, used best materials and furniture quality.I can keep going, but I want to say few words about Felix.He is very kind and friendly person with deep love and expansive knowledge about his magical cit.He took us for a tour of the city for more than 5 hours and it was phenomenal.We fall in love with Salzburg and definitely be back to stay in Felix’s glorious place.Thank you Felix from the bottom of my soul You are wonderful And we consider you a friend .

Emme ehtineet nauttimaan kaikista mukavuuksista, johtuen lentolakkojen aiheuttamasta aikatauluviivästyksestä, käytettävissä olisi ollut myös poreamme & uima-allas. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu omatoimista kokkailua varten. Ohjeistukset selkeitä ja hyvin esillä. Sisustus kaunis ja mieltärauhoittava. Suuri ruokakauppa lähellä.

Die Unterkunft war gut erreichbar und makellos sauber. Die Anweisungen waren klar und verständlich. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die ruhige Lage bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated with taste. The hosts have very nice taste. Our host always replies promptly and is attentive to making sure we have a pleasant stay. When we had a slight concern upon check-in and contacted her, she resolved it within minutes. We requested a crib and she was very attentive, even adding a cute doll for us. I would stay there again.

The entrance to Maximilian is framed by neatly maintained gardens and lined with trees. A clear pathway leads to the building, where a directional sign indicates the entrance. Soft grassy areas enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the exterior.
