Kitchen has every tool for food prep, high-end pots/pans & a 'starter kit' of oils, spices, etc. (We 🧡 to cook!) Sunlit dining room has large table, seats 6+. Eat-in kitchen/ counter has room for 6. Screened in porch with ‘napping sofa’ is unique & enjoyable in all weather. Welcome to comfort!

Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.
