In dit landelijk gelegen huis (lakehouses) met directe toegang tot de kagerplassen is het heerlijk verblijven. Er is een tuin rondom het huis en een eigen aanlegsteiger voor uw boot. Wakker worden met prachtig uitzicht over de weilanden en zwemmen of suppen op het meer, egg BBQ, pizzaoven. Het huis is centraal gelegen in het groene hart, 20 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, 15 minuten van de Noordzee stranden en vlakbij de oude Universiteitsstad Leiden ( 5 km) met al haar musea en leuke restaurants.

The Lake House is uniek en rustgevend. Direct gelegen aan de Nieuwkoopse Plassen op 1500M2. Zwem, vis, fiets, wandel en vaargenot midden in het groene Hart tussen de vier steden Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Den Haag. Het huis heeft een volledige uitgeruste keuken, eethoek en gezellige woonkamer. Aansluiten is de garderobe met toilet en trap naar boven. Boven is een kamer met stapelbed, een ruime kamer met twee persoonsbed en een uitschuifbed. De badkamer is ruim met ligbad.

This unique place has a style at its own. Next to the lake and close to town and woods. You have a beautiful view of the lake with its sunsets from our house. You can go play at the small beaches, or go for a nice hike in the woods. Take your bike and bike around the area. If you like more the busyness of the city within 5 minutes on your bike you are there. At the house you can relax and get refreshed by the view. A wellness center is 10 minutes away by car
