The guesthouse is very centrally located near the start of Romsdalseggen/ Rampestreken, and 5 minutes walking distance from the train/ bus station and Romsdalsgondolen. Kitchenette with fridge-freezer and 2 hotplates. No oven. Kettle/ French press for coffee. Toaster. The kitchen is best suited for easy cooking due to its size. The bathroom is small but has a toilet, sink and shower. The guest house is a small, old farmhouse, with relatively small rooms and low doors. Reasonable ceiling height. The house is used only by our Airbnb guests.

Listen to the birds sing in the woods outside while you sit in the large window, drink your morning coffee and study the Romsdal mountains. The mini house is centrally located, but undisturbed, on the outskirts of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Strap on your skis outside the door and go to some of Romsdal's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch and watch Romsdalseggen you walked earlier in the day. The mini-house has a small and functionally equipped kitchenette (fridge and two hobs) where you can cook simple dishes.

Are you visiting the mighty Romsdalen and want a unique experience where a little bit of comfort meets raw, Norwegian nature? Now you have the chance. Welcome to Sauefjøset Here you will have: - Amazing views from your own patio - Historical feeling in a renovated sheepfold - Perfect starting point for outdoor activities - Free parking - Wi-Fi Sauefjøset is idyllically located on a courtyard on the sunny side of Skjåk. There are five buildings on the farm that are from the 1800s. Sauefjøset was renovated in 2023 for rental. There are two double beds (150 cm) - one downstairs and one upstairs on the loft. We are looking forward to your visit – welcome!

Hiking right outside the door, everything from easy hikes in flat terrain on the way to many peaks of 2000 meters. 230 waters and 250km. rivers to fish in.
