Basement apartment in quiet and family-friendly surroundings. There is a private entrance and good parking possibilities for two cars. We own the house and live on the floors above and are mostly always available if there should be anything. There are good bus connections to the city center and the nearest bus stop (ring bus) is 150 meters. Easy access to hiking trails in Moldemarka. Possibility to bring a four-legged friend. The apartment is not to be used by anyone other than those who rent. There are two extra 90 cm mattresses available in the bedroom.

This is a small apartment with sleeping space for 1 person or a couple (queen size bed). The apartment is in the ground section of a house from the late -60's. You will have your own entrance on the backside of the house, facing the local fiord. There is a fairly big bedroom, a small kitchen, a small bathroom, a small living room, washing machine and space outside in the garden. The washing machine is also used by the host once in a while. The storage room in this apartment is used by the host.
