A great location close to lots of options for food & drink. Host was very helpful & responsive; made some good food & drink recommendations. Easy parking & great location when staying in Jacksonville.

The hosts were extremely helpful. They were kind and considerate when we had to shorten our stay due to cancelled Dr appointments. They responded immediately. It was very close to stores and several restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Mary!

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a great stay here! It was very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Extremely nice place, and very easy to get in and out of. We had to have maintenance come by for something but even that was really easy. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a lovely time at the Beach Shak! It was everything described in the listing and more! You can’t beat the location to the beach and it was the perfect spot to enjoy and explore other parts of Jacksonville/Jacksonville Beach area!

This apartment has been my go-to stay for Jacksonville. It’s quiet, clean, the amenities are great, and the hosts are super responsive.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay. The Airbnb was just as pictured. Everything was spotless. Walkable to the beach the kitchen and all appliances were so nice. So many touches in this place made it great. I would highly recommend this place. We were talked about how we would love to come back we love the town as well. My boyfriend proposed on this trip so this place will be special to us now for sure. Thanks so much for hosting such a nice little place!

The location is perfect! Just a quick walk to the beach. We only got to stay one night but we are so thankful Lucy was glad to let us stay for just the night. The place was clean. Kitchen was beautiful. It does smell like an old house when you walk in But once you turn the air on it goes away. The only things that were not ideal was The bed in the front room is really hard and the tv in the living has no sound. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Ms Edna was terrific! We loved her place and how close it was to the ocean. We will definitely be back! Ms Edna made a great vacation even better.

Great location and Joan is a very responsive host. Easy access to everything Jacksonville Beach. Spacious one bedroom apartment- with private bath off the bedroom. The refrigerator, dishes and eat at bar are in the main living area, while the coffee bar is off the bedroom. The only sink for dishes and coffee is the bathroom sink.

The place is clean, well decorated, and comfortable! Very close to a public beach access walk over…close to several restaurants within walking distance.

Morgan's upfront communication and instructions to get in the place were excellent and her initial responsiveness to take care of a couple of items was terrific. The place and location met expectations. I would have appreciated more proactive follow up from Morgan to check in on how things were going and to fix a few additional minor issues. Overall, she is an excellent host and I would recommend renting a property from her.

Carla is a truly exceptional host (and person). She was so responsive, accommodating and helpful. We so enjoyed getting to know her during our stay! She was not at all intrusive but if and when we needed or wanted to communicate with her she was available to us. The property was perfectly suited to what we needed. The unit is clean and comfortable and sleeps up to 4 people. The back yard was a huge bonus; hot tub, ample seating and beautiful scenery. The unit had all the amenities advertised and the check in/check out process was very easy and Carla was very accommodating as we arrived before our scheduled check in and after our scheduled check out. Located just blocks from the beach and convenient to anything you want to see in Jacksonville. We will absolutely be returning to this property and we can’t wait to try the Day Spa next door! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

Had a wonderful time here! Such a beautiful and quaint place. I would highly recommend for a weekend get-a-way or a more extensive stay! We plan to stay here again.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

Lovely place that worked beautifully for our family. The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant/bar right next door plays loud music on the weekend that impacted our peace. Otherwise it was a great place in a great location!

Fantastic stay! I was pleasantly surprised how well it was stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, bathroom amenities etc. All my past Airbnbs always have to bring my own kitchen amenities so I really appreciate it. Even the cookware was in great condition! Fantastic view right on the beach. Kids loved it! Very responsive host and even allowed to us to check in over an hour early :) A bit expensive and the older residents seemed annoyed with us but I don’t blame them. We will be back in the future! Thank you for hosting us :)
