Yvonne’s place was exactly as listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was spacious with off street parking. She was quick to respond to questions and her instructions were clear and concise. It was exactly the type of space I was looking for and I’d stay here again. It was also super close to where I needed to be, the beach was an easy drive, and it was easy to navigate to here to restaurants in other areas of Jacksonville.

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

Fantastic place to stay for a couple. If we are ever back in the area this will definitely be our first stop. Pinky was a fantastic host she was very helpful and if we needed anything she was very accommodating!

This place was a gem. I booked it the day of due to having business all weekend. They were very responsive. This place had a homely feel, the energy was welcoming, the beds were comfy, and it was spacious and clean. Oh and I loved the decor. I had a request to extend my checkout time due to my event starting later in the day and they happily accommodated me. I will definitely book this place again. One of the best yet! Awesome hosts!

This historical home has been turned into a beautiful duplex. I never seen so many historical homes in one neighborhood. Absolutely stunning. I noticed that I was being woke by the other properties we’re being preserved and renovated, the neighborhood will be breathtaking. The neighbors were friendly and nice. The home itself… once you open the door and climb the stairs, it opens up to a lot of character. Love love. 2 bedroom one bath is more than enough. If ever I’m back I town and this listing is available, its mine. The hostess and team were great!

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. This place was great for a weekend getaway with hubby!! Inside was very clean and spacious! It was in a quiet neighborhood, well lit area, nice area outside to relax. Judith was so nice and we look forward to booking again!

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and had a great vibe. My teens especially enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole every night, which became a fun part of our routine. The location was super convenient with easy access to the main highways. We were only 7 minutes from our baseball tournament and about 15 minutes from the beach, which made everything really easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we would 100% stay here again! Jessica and Jordan were amazing hosts—clear instructions, quick responses, and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable!

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lola was a wonderful host! The place was super clean and well decorated. It felt very comfy and like a home away from home! Lola makes sure you have everything you need. We had one issue during our stay and it was fixed by the next day! Would highly recommend staying with Lola!

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.
