This adorable 1BR/1.5BA condo is part of a small, gated beachfront community perfect for a peaceful stay. Oceanfront pool, deck& patio w/outdoor furniture, & private beach access steps from your door. Living room, kitchen(albeit small, but will meet your basic needs) & 1/2BA downstairs. Then glide up our unique spiral staircase to the King BR loft w/TV & full bath. You will find beach chairs/towels/umbrella and cooler in the upstairs closet too! Upstairs balcony w/slight view of the ocean!

Beautiful ocean front condo that was completely remodeled in August 2018. This 2 BR 2 BA condo has breathtaking unobstructed views of the sand, beach and ocean. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this unit. Paradise awaits you as you walk out on to the large wrap around balcony. The guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach.This condo is four blocks from the main strip which has all the restaurants and shopping that is located in Jacksonville Beach.
