We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the hosts were absolutely delightful—warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The property itself was stunning! Highly recommend!

We visited for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. Peaceful, unique, clean - first words that come to mind when thinking of the Fenton Inn. Recommend making reservations in advance (when needed) for local dining as some of the breweries have limited seating availability due to COVID. Recommend Bold Rock for great food, views, and outdoor dining. We drove to Crabtree Falls for the day, great hike and drive along the Blue Ridge parkway which is just minutes from this location. Excited to see a couple black bear cubs!

The FarmHouse Cottage was an amazing place to gather with my family for our daughter’s college graduation. We loved the whole experience…from the beautiful landscape, having plenty of big beds and bathrooms to match, and a wonderful attentive host. There was always hot water for everyone’s shower. Plenty of towels. A great dining table for meals. And the added bonus of the magnified mirror for old eyes & makeup was much appreciated. We absolutely recommend this family friendly place.

The Lodge is beautiful!!! Don't hesitate on booking this home. Lovely setting, quiet and secluded. Grounds are amazing and so is the home. Don't forget to go down to the creek, it was such fun. Breweries and wineries super close by.

Host was super responsive and flexible with an earlier check in. Perfect for our family weekend. getaway & kid friendly!

This space was as it appears on the pics and had a lot more things to do. The surrounding is beautiful and great for hiking. I loved every bit of it, from the beautiful dog to the nice chickens. This space has a lot to do and the host was good to me. Will definitely book again when I’m back that area. I recommend it.

Susan was a great host! The beds were comfortable. bathroom was clean. Best of all was the breakfast. Delicious biscuits, best I've ever had. Delicious quiche and linked sausages. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

It was a very short notice booking…like an hours notice…Kathy and her husband Martin accommodated me. I am so appreciative of that. Martin met me on arrival and checked me in. A VERY pleasant man. He was very kind and helpful. He was so attentive even though he’s recovering from knee surgery, his knee was very swollen. Very tough man! The area was out of the way, and very beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. The decor was personal. Kathy’s photos and art decorated the place as well as items from their travels. Thank you so much.

Susan was an incredible host. She goes out of her way to make a homemade breakfast using eggs from her own chickens. We stayed 3 nights and had a different homemade breakfast each morning. Omelet, eggs and french toast, homemade quiche. Truly an amazing host.

The food in the morning was great . The room was nice and clean .

Martin and Kathy have a lovely Inn. They are super nice and welcoming. My husband and I stayed for two nights to explore the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Fall foliage, which was amazing. Having homemade bread and cakes with a hot brew coffee at the porch chatting with Martin in the mornings made the experience even better. We highly recommend this Inn and will definitely stay again. Lilia and Will were great hosts. Their Inn is very impressive, unique, and handcrafted. The views are amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My teen daughter wanted to do a photo shoot with the amazing buildings and my son and husband enjoyed the hot tub after snowboarding all day. The internet was a touch spotty but it's only because I unfortunately had to do a little work on holiday - boo. We opened the windows at night to stay cool and enjoy the nice crisp winter air which was great. Great location, easy to get in and out and up the Wintergreen mountain. Host was very responsive when I asked for ice and extra tissues. I definitely recommend staying here!
