Vacation rentals with a patio in Nelson

We can’t wait to come back. This place was exactly what we needed. Rest and relaxation in the beautiful backyard filled with flowers, birds and cute animals. The home was pristine and filled with everything we could ever need during our stay. The private garage access was a life saver for our sports equipment. We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and never had this luxury prior. Town is close and the bike trails are even closer.

We loved the set up of this accommodation! Worked great for our whole family - grandparents, kids and grandkids. The kitchen is impressively well stocked, including everything you need to cook for & serve the whole gang. This is something that is important to us in an Airbnb. The unit being a walk out was an added bonus. The condo's games room was a plus for hanging out. The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of some of the mattresses in some rooms. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Loved our stay at Hummingbird! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the open and spacious kitchen area and the patio. Being right at the resort, it was so nice to be able to get to the lifts in the morning without worrying about parking and to be able to come back for lunch. Would 100% stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay: clean and new with great views and easy access to all the excellent places to enjoy in Nelson.

Well located close to the chairlifts, clean and functional apartment with a king bed in the upstairs loft and a murphy bed on the lower level. Handy and secure storage room in the hallway by the front door to the apartment, perfect for snowboards/skis and boots, etc. Karen was responsive and prompt in all communications, and provided helpful information on restaurants and activities around Red Mtn and Rossland. The apartment is located in a building called 'The Crescent at Red', and the undercover parking space was tight for our F150; smaller vehicles will have no issue however, and there is also plenty of parking in the lot outside the front door to the building. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to hill was much closer than I thought it would be. In fact, returning to our rental from slopes we could keep our skis on all the way to our building! Having hot tub just outside our patio door was amazing, especially since we were on 3rd floor.

Great location in Downtown Nelson. Walkable to shops and restaurants but still felt private and secure. Great gear shed to lock up bikes and skis. house was clean and well appointed. Tracy was very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back.

Wow! We had such an amazing time at the Rusty Bear…we didn’t want to leave! The location is incredible, just a few steps from the water. The sauna and running down to the lake combo comes highly recommended! The trains were not a bother at all but glad of the warning as the horn is loud haha! There are amazing trails just down the road, the bakery is amazing - great pizzas on Fridays and really good coffee and baked goods (the famous cinnamon buns did not disappoint!). The house was super clean, and the little dog touches were really stand out - beds, toys, biscuits! It’s a great spot for dogs. There are neighbours close but you can’t see them at all from the property and hardly even from the beach. So wonderfully idyllic

Stephanie was a great host, very helpful. The property was very comfortable and had beautiful lake and mountain views. We loved the primary bath with the huge soaking tub and lovely tile work. Great walking trails very close by.

This place is gorgeous! A lot of nice details such as all the linens, dishes, comfy furniture, felt right at home. Heather was very friendly and responsive. Easy to walk to town for shopping and meals. One of the pullout couches is set back from the living area so easily sleeps 4 privately. We will be back for sure! Beautifully renovated suite.

We stayed for three weeks and it felt like it was our home. Jenna always responded to inquiries right away and was eager to share info about the surrounding area. Supplies were restocked immediately when we needed them. We also got a complimentary cleaning midway through our stay which was nice… would 100% stay here again.

The house, as well as the views from it, were even more beautiful than we had expected. There were so many special touches, things that help travelers relax and make a house feel like a home. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences that we’ve had! Thanks so much!

Fantastic stay at the Hidden Half Mile Lake House! This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We were blown away by the views from every aspect of the house including the hot tub! Attention to detail was amazing and everything was top spec. Despite being within walking distance of Nelson there is a feeling of peace and tranquility around the area. The hosts do a brilliant job of keeping the house in great condition and Jake went out of his way to come by and blow up the paddle boards for our use! It’s not at all surprising that this house was recently listed as one of the best AirBnBs in Canada. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to book this place and we would love to return one day! Very spacious, beautiful ski in-ski out condo! We stayed for 6 nights with our family and friends (including young children) over the Christmas break and had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious with two large bedrooms. There was lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen. The condo was a quick 5 min walk to the ski hill and was manageable with our 8, 5, and 3 year old kiddos. There is a large ski locker on the main floor for gear. The only tricky thing was there is only one assigned parking spot and we had two vehicles. We were very lucky to get an available visitor spot for our other vehicle each day (there are about 4 in the parkade). Wonderful spot with amazing skiing and we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Airbnb in Kaslo! The unit has been recently renovated and feels brand new—everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully done. The space was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen which made it easy to cook our own meals. The location couldn’t be better, with a coffee shop right downstairs and everything in town within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed our daily walks along the water—so peaceful and scenic. The hosts were fantastic: friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in creating a welcoming space. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Kaslo—we’d definitely stay here again!

This airbnb may be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Spotless. It is a pleasing space to vacation in. The location, while a little on the more industrial side, is super close (1+ block) and walkable to Nelson's downtown. The beds/ linens were super comfortable. It may be helpful to know the main bedroom is upstairs in a loft area; it worked well for us.

Luke was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly offered us an earlier check-in, as the place was ready the day before—a gesture we truly appreciated that made us feel very welcomed. The hot tub was superb and easy to use, and the Nescafé coffee machine was well-stocked with a great variety of coffee pods. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Luke!

Place was as listed. Clean, updated interior, comfortable. host was accommodating. Parking was a little annoying. Road out front quite busy during the day. No issue sleeping traffic calmed down at night.

We brought my brother with us to Nelson and needed a two bedroom spot. This place was perfect. Two bedroom (and two sleeper sofas if you need it). Spacious with all the amenities you would need. Can’t beat the location either! Just a quick walk to Oso (the best coffee). Any time we need more space we will be booking here for sure.

Great place. True ski in ski out very close to the lift. Perfect home base to explore Red Mountain. The games room in the condo complex was a nice surprise to hang in and play a few games of pool. Great hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

... and the award for the best airbnb ever goes to ... Erin! Seriously top notch hosting in this hidden gem of a town! We could not ask for more for our few day stay in Nelson! Erin made sure to fully equip this apartment above and beyond any possible expectations, and has managed to exceed all of them by far. Needless to say, we had the absolute best time here and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location is perfect, with amazing food served right next door, and literally all the best restaurants are a stone throw away from the front door, a few minute walk, and the whole town is your oyster, pretty much! I cannot recommend this place enough, it epitomises the perfect combination of luxury and homely accommodation together with the personal touch of a superb host! Will most definitely repeat! 5 stars + 5 stars = 10 star experience! ☺️
