We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable with space to relax. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. Being close to the river there are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is accessed cosy v compact space which includes a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £8 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 12.

What a lovely country house. Adam, the owner is very communicative. Room was fully functional with microwave, kettle, iron etc (no safe). Lovely view of the large garden from the window. The old House itself is being renovated at the moment with the main rooms being in a wing to the side. The is a kitchen to use in the house with cooking and laundry facilities. I nice lounge is available and there are small conference rooms (two I think) for meetings. This is a work in progress but don't let that put you off - this was a lovely place to stay for a very fair price. The accommodation rooms were refurbished and modern. I spoke to Adam and it is clear he has visions for the main house and gardens. We used it as a base to visit Ely and Cambridge. The House has no restaurant or bar - it is basically a room with tea/coffee/microwave facilities, but a very usable, fully featured communal kitchen which is very clean. Excellent Royal Bengal Indian restaurant across the road

John was very responsive and helpful- he kindly supplied BBQ equipment for our stay so that we could enjoy the patio area. There is a booklet John has put together with details of local history and recommendations. A few thoughtful drinks and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived and John was very clear in his instructions on accessing the property, so that went smoothly. Sadly we weren't around when John knocked to introduce himself, but the whole weekend was very enjoyable and peaceful. Would recommend. Very clean and homely.

Helen's place was perfect for our stay in Over, Cambridgeshire. We were visiting my husband's family and we enjoyed being able to walk to the pub to meet with them. Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
