Sara and Olivia were the perfect hosts! I had several questions about coming to town since it was my first time to the area! They were always prompt when answering my questions and their recs were spot on! Perfectly walkable to the sweet downtown. If I’m ever back in Golden, I’d be thrilled to stay here again!

Great condo and great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a huge perk. I appreciated Roger’s great communication, always sending tidbits before I needed info—for checkin, for pool access, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Patzy’s peaceful and spacious apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with every appliance you might need, and we had plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. Patzy was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us, and we enjoyed her hospitality. Thank you!

Our stay was great! Cute mountain home, conveniently located close to downtown. Best of both worlds! Sonja is a great hostand was very attentive to our needs!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

House was beautiful and everything was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the tranquil stream behind the house. Complimentary wine and snacks were a nice touch. We had a large family group with small children and the Hosts were very accommodating by providing high chair, pack-n-play, and gate. We encountered a couple of issues with the appliances and the Hosts were extremely responsive to address and resolve them. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant mountain retreat

The house was beautiful, with amazing views. On my arrival there was a deer crossing my path. Very easy to feel at home it just has that homey vibe. I’m from Denver just wanted to hangout at the mountains and this house went above my expectations with that view and drive! Definitely worth the price and recommend.

This house was great. It was exactly as described and was very well appointed. One of the bathrooms was under construction but the host allowed us to use additional space which more than offset the issue. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is a bit remote but that is what we were looking for. It was easy access to Central City and Black Hawk and also easy to get to from Denver. We were very happy and would definitely recommend.

This house was beautiful and surrounded by amazing views! Patti was very clear in her instructions and responsive when we had questions!

In town for our first Red Rocks concert. Arriving after getting groceries from Locavore we made dinner beside a setting sun, and later watched the waxing crescent moon rise with Saturn 🪐 in tow. In the mornings we visited the hot tub and enjoyed the birds, and one very curious humming bird. Free magic here, such a lovely slice of the universe. Our visit is a diamond in the mind.

Beautiful space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a cop of coffee on the deck before heading out for adventures. Close to Boulder for hiking. Close to Denver for city things. Close to Red Rocks for Sting! Had an amazing time in the area; cannot wait to go back and stay at Holly's. Thanks for hosting us.

Excellent space and location, very well appointed and has all needed supplies. Devon was really really responsive and everything he stated was accurate. The space was stylish and cozy. Bed super comfortable and the desk had a monitor we were able to use. WiFi strong and easy to access. Location was really great for our needs and we could walk to dinner (definitely go to Fuego Azteca!), coffee and grocery store. I highly recommend Devon’s place!

We had a great stay! This property is so nice and exactly as described! No detail is overlooked! Smalls snacks, coffee, extra toiletries if you forgot anything are all provided! So many nice extras to make your stay nice and easy! Great location to shopping and restaurants! We would definitely stay again!!

This was a fantastic place to so end our anniversary. The hosts gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and it was as beautiful as described. We can’t wait to come back again.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Scott was very responsive anc his place was very clean! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the third floor deck was a great place to eat and look at the mountains! Cute little Airbnb, would book again if I was in the area.
